Prior to life at sea Heidi and Mark juggled careers in high-tech with their love of food and travel. They have lived and cooked at various times in Paris, London and Northern California – as well as in their 200 year-old Federal-era home, which they faithfully restored.
Vervacious started seeking out the finest ultra-fresh truffles for discerning chefs across the country during 2004. The accolades continued pouring in week after week.
